The Cosmo Chicks over the past few weeks have been out in full force collecting items from various businesses throughout Chatham-Kent for our online auction.

Please keep in mind that all money raised from this event will be going to the Cancer Society through the Cosmo Chicks Fundraising Efforts for the 2010 Relay for Life.

There are only a few simple rules…

* Since this is a fund raising event, we are counting on bidders to take this seriously. Please only bid on items that you WANT and WILL be intending picking up shortly after the auction closes!

* Bidding will start on Monday, April 19th at 9:00am – ANY bids placed before this time will be deleted.

* The Auction will close on Friday April 30th at 7:00 pm SHARP! All winners will be notified shortly there after.

* Biddiing should be done in $1.00 increments ONLY. (Bids not following this format will be erased).

* To keep it simple to read, please bid with your dollar amount ONLY and no other comments.

* The Winning Bidder will be contacted by a Private Facebook Message. Please do not assume you have won something until you have been contacted by myself, Krissy Rioux – you may need to add me as a friend or change your FB settings for this to happen.

* We have set aside a Pick-up Time on Saturday May 1st from 10:00am-3:00pm. If this day does not work for some winners, an alternate arrangement MAY be made after the auction closes, but we are requesting that all items be picked up within 5 days.

Lastly, HAVE FUN! We have to remember that while we are taking this VERY seriously, we want to have fun raising money for a great cause!!! Too many people in today’s world are affected by cancer in one way or another! Let’s beat this nasty disease and live a better tomorrow!!
